Came here after work. It was a great treat after a long week of work. My favorite is the beef tartare and tomahawk steak. I've came here at least 7 times every time has been good. They make you feel good when you walk in!
The mushrooms and collard greens are a must! Cozy atmosphere, genuine service and tasty everything. Complimentary valet, and of course you cannot go wrong being located on Lombard in San Francisco California. Went back and had the bone in filet. Wonderful! The wine was not so good. The cabernet sauvignon the only wine i would order by bottle), it was just not so great. Menu said it would be a 2019. We received a 2021 that took a l g time to open up after being decanted… still it was spikey green. Not a $65 bottle. I love a good cab with red meat. That didnt ruin the meal. For dessert we tried the most pricey red. It was almost effervescent from additives. Eeeh. Skip the cabs maybe Our bill was just under $400 for 2
Everything was perfect. My partner and I decided to come here for our anniversary as we always see the restaurant from across the hotel we stay at. Finally came to dinner and do not regret it. Edgar, our waiter, was incredible. He would come and check on us and refill our water constantly as well as just being very friendly and fun to talk to. I ordered the Sinatra cut bone-in steak with the brussel sprouts and my partner ordered the fixed menu with the salad and the filet mignon. The intimate atmosphere is another plus as well as the decor. Would definitely come back here in a heartbeat
Best steak I’ve ever had in my life. It was superior to anything that I have had before in San Francisco. The bone-in ribeye was off the charts. Their martinis with stuffed blue cheese olives were also excellent.
