Bidra med feedbackI stayed at the La Quinta in Old Town. After a search on urbanspoon I found Volare. I called to verify they delivered and ordered a pizza (The Works) and some fried calamari. The pizza was great the crust was not to thick and not to thin and just slightly crispy on the bottom. The calamari came with some marinara sauce. The calamari was typical and the marinara was good very garlicky. Overall I liked this food and would recommend it.
Volare is this awesome little hole in the wall Italian family restaurant in the Sports Arena/Old Town area. It’s in a strange location, off of Barnett Ave. near the Marine Corps Recruit place with a very large adult store that apparently has an “adult arc
Worth the trip to this place and one of the best Italian places I've been too. EVER! Believe when I say this location is sketchy, from the outside. I read reviews stating this same thing, but the food was absolutely delicious!! I can't say this enough! I had the shrimp alfredo, a cannoli, and garlic bread and everything was so good! The Alfredo sauce was so creamy and full of flavor! It was alot of food for a great price. I was just astonished how great this place was, because again, it's in a iffy location. BUT TAKE THE CHANCE AND TRY THIS AMAZING FOOD I would absolutely come here again!
First time here. We definitely will come back again and again until we've tasted the entire menu!!! We finally found a place that is NOT a chain and has excellent food and service. Too bad we don't live a little closer...but already planning to come next weekend! Thank you!!
I drive two hours every time when I just AMAZING Italian food!! Katy was our awesome waiter, and Lots of fun to talk with! This is a place you can’t miss out on!! Try the Alfredo, Calzón, or cheesy garlic bread
