Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies

Fantastic Experience! I visited today for a Queen of All Greens, and the service was outstanding. I didn't catch all the names, but Jennifer, Bella, and CJ were especially wonderful this morning. They made me feel right at home, especially since I just learned they had reopened! I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Robeks!

Francesco, Sebastian, C.J., and Lucy are an amazing team at Robeks. They were incredibly helpful with my order, and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be returning to this location because of this fantastic crew!

I ordered the nutty acai bowl, and it was fantastic! Although it appeared small, it was surprisingly filling and had a generous amount of peanut butter, which added a nice touch.

Five days later, we went back to the store and asked for a manager. To our surprise, we were directed to the same person as before. When we mentioned that we had not been contacted, he simply stated he would speak to the manager again and that someone would reach out to us. It looks like we may have to dispute the charge with our bank. This experience was frustrating, and the customer service was subpar. There are definitely better smoothie places out there, and I won't be returning.

They reverted from independent franchise to corporate ownership. I used to be a Jamba devotee, but gave Robeks a try and made the switch. Tried every acai bowl in the Mira Mesa and Scripps Ranch area. Robeks had the best taste. Hopefully folks do their do diligence and give Robeks the support they deserve.
