Mcdonald's - San Diego

Not only did I not receive the small french fries that I ordered, there was something wrong with my Diet Coke. Either I was given someone elses drink or the soda machine is faulty because the soda felt frothy and was way too sweet.

Skimped on the lettuce on the hot n spicy sandwich. everything else was fine.

I ordered 2 hot and spicy mchicken sandwiches and 3 Mcdouble burgers. What I received was 5 Mcdouble. I didn't even get a receipt to be able to correct my order. This crappie McDonald's hired to many kids that don't care to do their job right.

If I could get this Donald?s a 0 rating I would. I?ve been here twice and the fries are never hot. They?re lukewarm at best and I wish that I was kidding. Also, it seems like they don?t add salt either?? Anyways, extremely disappointed because I ampregnant and suddenly had the craving for just two large fries. I rarely eat fast food too.

Since 36 years here. today is the last day that goes to this day. I waited for my order. it turned out that she had already called the order, but I ordered and what she called out was different. She took the order back or gave it away. it does not matter whether it is a system or not just come in here. the other employees were professional. make sure that lady calls the wrong order so that no one reacts and then gives her order to one of her cumpels.
