Bidra med feedbackThe only positives were the convenience of picking it up on my way home from work and the taste of the salad dressing. The vinaigrette they use for their house dressing has that rare balance of sweet, sour, and salty that is the hallmark of a good dressing. But I cant say this place is a good value. For $18.49, the meal I got barely qualified as a light meal. You get a tiny amount of gyro meat on top of not a whole lot of rice, and the amount of pita wedges also leaves a bit to be desired. What food I did (aside from the salad and the dressing) didnt impress me with its flavor, lacking any depth or complexity that youd get with better Greek restaurants elsewhere. Save your money and try someplace else like Cafe Athena or Troys.
7-Layer Gyro Bowl is good but very light on amount of toppings especially given the price. Add more tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions and feta and this would be much better!
Food was decent until I found extra protein In it. As I was taking a bite of my last piece of gyro meat a fly fell off the bottom of my it. That fly was in my meal, stuck to the meat squirming around in my food. Needless to say I will not be coming back anytime soon. And I suggest you don't either.
I wish we had a Luna Grill in AZ! When we visit San Diego I have to at least have Luna Grill at least once during our stay. The Gryo Plate is delicious and filling. This place is great for the health conscious or you really enjoy Mediterranean food!
This the place that introduced me to Luna Grill. Very large portions and fresh tasting food, I was very pleased, ultimately ended up moving next to one and enjoy them often. The chicken is juicy every time with a nice grilled taste.
