Bidra med feedbackI'm not someone who typically sends back food or complains, as I've seen how teenagers can react to complaints about their food. However, I'm writing this because I believe the food we were served does not meet the standards set by corporate. Customers should be cautious about dining here. I felt embarrassed and insulted to be served such food. I'm disappointed for this franchise that would present this kind of meal. I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.
I met a family member at this restaurant and didn't plan to have lunch, but I ended up sharing a few bites of their teriyaki chicken brown rice bowl, which was delicious. It's a casual spot perfect for grabbing a quick bite or doing takeout. The shopping area was quite busy around noon, and finding parking was a bit difficult. I would definitely consider returning at a later time to check it out on my way home from OC, as it has easy freeway access. If I had had a full meal, I might have rated it even higher. My family member often frequents this place because it offers good food, quick service, and affordable prices. He highly recommended it and has a big appetite, so it must have something going for it, especially since the menu prices were quite reasonable.
The food was easy to enjoy and quite tasty. The service was good, but the dining area could use some improvement; the tables need to be cleaned more thoroughly.
The woman who makes the food has her brain in her big toes and gives people slim meat and old rotten avocado, even the rice was crisp. Someone gets this woman a plastic bag and puts her over her head.
