I like to eat her, but the steak is always understated! I love the fried garnel! I hate to order a limonade and it comes in a thin glass with ice and I might get 4 drinks out of it! high prices for what they get! personal. and server are excellent! I don't visit much there!
My daughter had the chicken happy that is better than most others she tried in san carlos. my wife and I shared a few meal times; ribeye, garnel and huh along with sweetening and an salad. the ribeye was a little overcooked (ordered Med-Rare), but is. also a very thin cut. it tasted good enough not to need A-1, but chewier than I want. the garnels tasted fantastic, but were overcooked. the huh was not very good at all and I have a pretty good bone that left it. very bland. could have used some spicy. the salat was good and the vegetables were really carved. Finally we had a piece of cheesecake with a little vanilla ice cream. the cheesecake should die. do not skip the dessert family of three, no drinks, with dessert and tipp landed about $70 usd to lunch. one of the top times we had in san carlos. a bit better than average and a little on the Pricy side.
It is not on the Thier menu, but if they ask for cookies and gravy, they have it. they can be thrown or speck and it comes with ice. I think it was 130 pesos. as good as we and in the southern Usa. we were 9 of us and yet the service was fast. the meals were hot and waiter were on the ball at coffee and cleaning the table. I started in the breakfast and thought of the picture.
My haul and and I celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Blackies. We enjoyed steak, lobster, lovely appetizers and wine. The food was excellent and the service was top drawer. We will return again.
