This is a restaurant that I would gladly recommend to others. The steak is served hot and juicy, and there’s more than enough on the plate to satisfy your appetite. There’s a wide selection of drinks to choose from, and the desserts are absolutely irresistible. You have a fantastic restaurant—don't change a thing. Keep up the great work!

I've been a customer for 15 years, but today I had a very disappointing experience. I found a piece of a vitamin wrapper in my salad, which completely ruined my appetite. When I mentioned this to the manager, he simply asked if I wanted a replacement salad or credit, without offering any apology. This lack of concern makes me wonder if this kind of issue happens frequently at this restaurant. I just feel like there was no consideration for my feelings in that moment.

A few minutes later, he returned with a raw steak and said, "See! They're all full of gristle." I insisted on a refund and asked for the contact information of his superior. He gave me only $8, which was 60 cents less than what I paid for the steak. When I asked for the correct refund amount, he threatened to call the police. My expectations were simple: If you can't provide a piece of meat that's edible, you should upgrade it to a proper prime rib, not downgrade it to a porterhouse steak. It’s unacceptable to bring out a raw piece of meat and try to prove that there are no other prime rib steaks in better condition. Always aim to upgrade the customer's experience! It's also unacceptable to suggest a hamburger as a replacement for a steak and to threaten the customer with police involvement over a quality issue. Additionally, refusing to provide a manager’s name and contact number is not acceptable customer service.

Terrible experience all around! The meatloaf tasted like it came from a frozen dinner package. The steaks were so thin they didn’t even require a knife, and the chicken patties on the bun were more like a joke—where was the chicken? The soup was watery, and the only decent thing was the salad and dessert. The cook definitely needs some retraining!

Just a heads-up—it’s cash only, but if you forget your cash, there's an ATM inside, though it does charge a fee. If it's your first visit, I recommend checking out the menu beforehand; it can be a bit overwhelming. They have pictures of the dishes and prices on the wall, which can help guide your choices. The line moves quickly, like in a cafeteria, so you don’t want to hold things up if you're unsure. I’m confident you’ll enjoy it! The food selection is extensive, the prices are very reasonable for what you get, and the taste is absolutely delicious! With your meal, you'll get either a choice of soup or salad, along with a baked or loaded potato, fries, or mixed vegetables, plus a slice of Texas toast—just like Sizzler used to serve! And of course, your drink. There’s also plenty of parking right out front, so that shouldn't be an issue. The Lemon Chicken Lunch with a Baked Potato and Texas Toast is a must-try, and at just $7.50 for a freshly cooked meal, it’s a fantastic deal! #sundowners
