Sundowners Family - San Bernardino

I and my wife went to the sunset on Tuesday, they ordered the steak shrimps and chicken comb for dinner. I myself ordered the pork ribs and frits, I was thoroughly surprised and happy that all foods came absolutely amazing, we were just here a few times and every time we come, it is always great the ribs surprised me when they super super super super delicate and even the bone broke because of how soft everything I would highly recommend this place!

Place seems a bit old but food and price are perfect. We got 3 beef ribs for 15$ and steak for same price. Coffee and water you can refill yourself. Almost like a self serve place. They call your number as you wait. You canget salad and or soup with your meal. Friendly people.

I've been coming here for over three decades. First off all, if you've never been here before just know that they do things different. This is because it's sort of set up like a cafeteria in that you stand in line with a tray and order as you go. There are no waitresses it waiters. But don't let that discourage you from going here. You will be pleasantly surprised, especially when you taste the food. The soups are amazing, their Texas toast are awesome, and the choices for main entre are endless. From steak and shrimp to spaghetti and meatballs too hamburgers and grilled cheese sandwiches. This place, especially for the prices, is a must visit!

I absolutely love Sun Downers! They are amazing for the food quality, price, and cleanliness! I am a single mom and my kids are now grown and so love going here. I asked if they wanted to go to more expensive restaurants now that they both have very good income. They both asked why when they love Sundowners so much!
