Pam's Donut Ice Cream - San Bernardino

This place could be better off called Pam's stale donuts. The atmosphere is a bit concerning, with the presence of people lingering around who seem to be up to no good.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The donuts were at least three or four days old—so gross! After just one bite, I ended up throwing the whole bag away. Yes, I literally tossed all my donuts! It was a rainy evening, and I had been really looking forward to enjoying them with a coffee at home. Well, maybe it’s for the best; perhaps the universe is trying to tell me that I shouldn't be indulging in donuts after all.

Been coming here since the early 90's. When Mr. Lee used too make chilli cheese fritos/cheetos.

If I could give her six I would. They had boba at 6:42am, with the biggest smiles on their faces! Outstanding customer service, very welcoming for the morning, definitely changed my outlook for the day : boba iced coffee was great too !

The donut selection at this shop is quite limited for a place that specializes in donuts, but they do have a range of other miscellaneous items for sale. I only visited because it was the nearest option at the time. The atmosphere feels dark, uninviting, and a bit run-down. While it's great that they have a base of loyal customers, I doubt many new customers would feel welcomed walking through the door.
