Franks Burgers - San Bernardino

They didn't swear, but they didn't try to slow them down.

Eat is in order! some meal times have no taste! what kills everything is that on the morning when I came before work, the lady that she's her order always be attitude! almost everyone!

Service was average...we got a bag with sugar and creamer for the coffee...4 sugars and 4 creamers. We had to asked for more sugar. Then when food came...we didn't get napkins so we had to asked for napkins. Eggs and hash browns were cook right and at a decent time. Personally I not coming back.

Frank's is on point sometimes, I always order the crispy chicken salad but sometimes they put old eggs or barely any bacon. The biscuits and gravy is delicious.Ranch is bomb.com and so are the burgers if they are freshly made.

The food was quite good. The workers were courteous to my husband and I. My issue comes from is, as my husband and I ate, an elder Asian woman, who appeared to be homeless walked in. As soon as she walked in, one of the workers yelled at her to leave. Not knowing if the woman had money to purchase food. Restaurants should not treat the homeless in that manner.
