Europalace - San Bartolomé de Tirajana

Nice hotel and a really nice location. We stayed in the premium junior suite with sea view and it was really spacious. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and there was only a fan at the ceiling in the bedroom, no air con which is strange for a hot country, but for January totally fine. The food was okay, but no versatility and for most part not very tasty, just standard. There are a few supermarkets nearby, but quite small expensive and to get to Lidl or Mercadona or Hiperdino was a walk of about 25 minutes. Quite a lot of older people (60+ staying at the hotel, but that’s probably due to the season. Really friendly staff, one of the receptionists was really really nice. Very convenient that there was a car rental just outside the hotel, which was also cheaper than a few others around. Photo shows view from the balcony on the 7th floor.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location, near the ocean. Very good food, clean room. Maybe rooms are a little old- fashioned but are very clean. We will back there:

We have a beautiful holiday here. Our accomodation was in a Junior Suite with Sea View, and the view was mirific, we have the breakfast and dinner included on price and the food was very good.

Incredibly overpriced for what it is ! Uncomfortable beds, definitely not ideal waking up in the middle of the night on the floor cause the bed splits apart. Staff incredibly difficult and unreasonable. I had a friend coming to visit me one evening and they asked him to pay !! They don’t even have a card machine to take payments and although my stay was half board, they asked me to pay for most things, including water at dinner (obviously all in cash). There are so many much better place for much less to stay at ! Definitely avoid this one !

Hotel is perfectly located, just few metres away from the beach line and main promenade path, and other shops&restaurants. That's the best advantage of that hotel. Besides that a bit old style design spirit but clean and well kept. It is very, very calm place for those who appreciate calm evenings as there is even no bar open, no other evening attractions for guests (but possible to participate in those at other hotels nearby). The evening finishes at 21h when dinner cantina is being closed. The service is friendly. Food very average but ok. Very small amount of fresh fruits! (also little vegetables). Very bad juices from juice machine. Overall, price is very reseasonable so looking at its price and delivered quality can't complain much. Again, the location is very appreciated!
