Sushi Express - San Antonio

Don’t let the name fool you. They do more than sushi. Need some authentic Korean food? You’ll get it here and, you can get it delivered via UberEats. I ordered the spicy pork bulgogi and the kimchi jigae. Haven’t had jigae in years. Very substantial portion and yummy. Brought back memories of cold Korean nights. And, the bulgogi was equally delicious. Price wise, I would not call it cheap, but I didn’t find it expensive. I thought what we received was a good value. They were very generous with the side dishes, kimchi, etc... I like Gogi Street and Mama Fus. But, those are fusion restaurants. Sushi Express is my new go to for authentic Korean in San Antonio.

Love this place. We come to eat here almost every time we are in San Antonio. The food is great and their service is top notch. Always recommended by my family.

I got the short ribs and the new jasmine sushi roll. Everything was sooooo good. The sushi was fresh flavorful and the short ribs were perfect, tender and exceptionally seasoned. Unfortunately i didnot leave room for some mochi ice cream.

The server was super nice and the food was really good! We had the beef bulgogi, pork buns the kimchi jjigae!! Everything was super good! Will definitely be coming back.

Been to sushi places from coast to coast and this is hands down the best we've been to. Can't say enough about how fresh the fish is, service is awesome and the menu is amazing.
