The lady who works the PM shift had poor hygiene and lacks communication skills, she had no hair net on and had lice eggs in her hair,I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe it was breadcrumbs or dust/lint but I as got closer u could tell it was lice eggs.. would not recommend this location to anybody, and subway should have someone enforcing hygiene and sanitation rules

This is NOT the first establishment that closes early. 8:45pm is NOT 9:00pm. You demand $15/hr. but won't have a strong work ethic. AND you want tips? Nope. Corporate: RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just left from here their sign says open till 9pm I got there at 8:40 and a girl came to the door when she saw us getting off and told us they close at 8:40p because they need to sweep and mop. It’s ridiculous to have hours posted and not follow them! We were at the location 2927 E Southcross San Antonio Tx
