Carlos was amazing! He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products! Customer service was impeccable!! Definitely coming back !! Carlos is the best

I read a review that said their corn in the cup was cold.I had never experienced that in the few times I've come here. However I went in and ordered a corn in the cup that was so cold, you could feel it if you grabbed the cup that this cup was not hot in the slightest and I knew it. When I stirred up the corn to the top it was so incredibly cold. I unfortunately will not be returning and will find another place to give my money to that will make sure my corn is actually heated and served hot.

Went to get some cajeta filled churros and had to go back because they didn’t have any cajeta in them. We broke all of them in half to make sure. The manager said to give them back, we asked what she’s going to do with them?She said they’ll share them and eat them…after they were all touched and messed with and bitten into already?…Horrible manager. We will NOT be going back.

I went, workers were rude, turned me away. Refused to serve even though I was here WELL before 10pm closing…some teenagers are not trustworthy enough to leave the responsibility of closing to. They would have made well over $100 from my order as well. I guess profit and seeing the company grow doesn’t matter much to them. Good luck to the owners.

I love the Munchies here, but it is so sad that the attitude from the manager or owner. I don’t know who he is for the third time that I come here. They have a major attitude like he does not like being here. He’s an older gentleman I don’t know what the issue is but Smile at least treat the customers, right especially if they have children I’m definitely not ever coming here again it’s very sad because I love coming here for Munchies for my children never again horrible attitude, horrible customer service.
