Our waitress, Alley, was attentive and truly cared about our dining experience, which added to the enjoyment of our meal. We even returned the following week with my 93-year-old grandfather, a proud Navy veteran. He was grateful for his service and loved sharing the meal with our service dog, Libby. He particularly enjoyed his main dish of shrimp, and we all indulged in a huge chocolate brownie for dessert, which we shared with Sasquatch. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and made us feel right at home. Logan's will definitely be our go-to family restaurant for feel-good moments moving forward. Thank you for making my special holiday even happier! We plan to visit often after church.

I ordered a 9-ounce pour of my favorite Kendall Jackson wine, and to my surprise, it came in a full wine glass with a side glass for a refill. It was quite a generous serving for a chain restaurant, especially at such a reasonable price. As for the food, I had the chicken-fried steak and fries, which my friend really enjoyed. I opted for the whiskey-glazed surf and turf (medium rare), but when my steak arrived, it was overcooked. I sent it back, and the manager quickly came out to apologize for the mistake and promised to rectify it right away. My new dish came out promptly, featuring a perfectly cooked steak and shrimp, both of which were excellent. I must also mention that I chose the Caesar salad as my side, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, topped with freshly shaved parmesan. Everything was simply delicious! Regarding the bill, we each received an email for a 20% discount, and our server happily accepted all our coupons and applied them to our tabs. To our surprise, my meals were discounted by 50% instead of the expected 20%! What a lovely gesture! It’s understandable that a steak might be overcooked sometimes, but very few places take the initiative to ensure customer satisfaction like this. Overall, we loved the food and the service! We’ll definitely be coming back!
