La Panadería Bakery Café

This is undoubtedly the best cafe and bakery I’ve ever experienced. The croissant was so light and airy that I can’t stop dreaming about it even a week later. We picked up a few items to take with us, but honestly, you have to visit this place! Even Guy Fieri from the Food Network has been here. If I lived in San Antonio, I would be here every morning without fail. The quality and variety are truly impressive. Plus, everyone is incredibly friendly, and it’s conveniently located near the riverwalk. I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing! The tequila almond croissant was simply delicious! Everything we tried was fantastic, but if you only get one thing, make sure it’s the tequila almond croissant. On Monday morning, there was a line outside the door, but it moved quickly. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious interior and exterior seating.

This place offers excellent quick service for breakfast. I'm not a big breakfast eater, but I enjoyed a croissant and had a great time. I have no hesitation in recommending the other items, which look fantastic. The service was outstanding, and the gentleman who assisted with the baked goods was enthusiastic and provided great recommendations. He explained the various options available and was very helpful. You don’t feel like you’re navigating a crowded line; it’s quite relaxed. The croissant was delightful and really delicious. This is a perfect stop before heading to or from the congress center. While the line can be long, it moves quickly.

Incredible! I have always said that someone can make breakfast, so what is so special? Well, if they make it too sam antonio, they forget their traditional “nameless” coffee shops, they need to check out this place! two sunny eggs in this croissant, with a layer cheese between us definitiw praise to break any food restrictions! her home coffee can also stand up to any of the modern competitors! a short walk from the river to foot in a picturesque inner city of historic buildings. the service is also great and the people were very welcoming. they know that it is a great place when they pass a series of empty caffes and run into these lively places. make sure they read the signs when entering. it does not say wait to sit. it says order first as to sit yourself! Soooo delicious! I love croissants, and this place serves great croissant breakfast sandwiches. It comes with a bowl of seasoned tomato soup. I loved it all so much. I want to go back and also try some of the baked goods. The line moves quickly, the service is great and friendly. The portions were generous also. They serve great coffee and lattes as well. Popular and busy place, but lots of tables. Even so, there may be a lone to get in on some days. Worth it.
