Jack In The Box - San Antonio

Jack was closed for walk-in customers when I arrived after getting off the Mega Bus. I waited by the building from about 10 PM until nearly 11 PM. I felt safe, though a bit cautious. The staff came outside periodically to check on me and make sure I was okay.

I ordered the stuffed breakfast croissant and found it to be a bit overcooked. It definitely did not live up to the advertisement on the building that compared it to hot pockets. Unfortunately, it was quite bland. I should have realized something was off when the cashier offered me sauce or jelly with my order. After just one bite, I decided to return to the counter. Fortunately, the manager let me exchange my two croissants for two orders of mini pancakes, which were excellent and very satisfying. Thanks to the management's willingness to address my concerns, I left as a happy customer.

The tacos still taste great after being away for 10 years! There's no Jack in the Box in Minnesota, so I really enjoyed having them again.

Got the tacos. OmG idk what kinda meat they use but i love jack in the box tacos. This location made them perfect, i hope they always make em perfect. That would be amazing

Best time to go is in the morning. Food is hot just one thing wrong they always forget something from your order. You don't find out about it till your far from there. Food is good though.
