Bidra med feedbackPizza was good, service was decent. Waited 25 minutes before asking about our order. Was told that they had burnt our pizza. Was in the bottom of the oven and no one was watching it. Cooks were all standing around doing nothing. Pretty slow night. Our waitress was nice enough to give a discount.
Really, really good food but if you are ordering to go it might be quite the experience. They get very busy and don't have the biggest kitchen which can back track orders.
Absolutely Delicious and Timely! We were passing through on the way back from Hill Country and ordered two pizzas from the road. Sofia's recommendations were spot-on, and her time-estimate exact! We stopped right in, picked up the pizzas, and hit the road again. The Gluten-Free pizzas are larger than you'd think, and so tasty! Thanks again!
Fantastic pizza! You have to try Grant's pear pizza; it's my new benchmark for sweet and savory combinations. I sampled four different pizzas, and each one was delicious. The crusts are perfect, the flavors are rich, and the greens are fresh. I can't wait to try everything else on the menu. As for parking, make sure to arrive early, or else the lot gets crowded. There are no designated spaces, so it can feel a bit chaotic!
PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE A GLUTEN ALLERGY! First I want to say that my parents who do not have a gluten allergy love this place, which is why I'd hate to give this place a one star. I, however, have a severe gluten allergy; to the point I get swollen joints, sick for a week, and for the first time yesterday, fever. Yesterday, I called and asked if they have gluten free options and they said yes, so we went. I made sure to tell the server, I do not mean to be a bother, but can you make sure they change gloves and everything with my gluten free pizza. I have a gluten allergy. She was super sweet and said she would. I do not know what happened, but an hour later l'm bloated, my joints are hurting severely, and then I realized that I was feeling like I had a fever. Sure enough, I checked it and I did. Now I even tested to make sure I didn't have covid, I was negative yesterday and this morning. So the only place I ate out at was Fralo's, so it had to have come from eating there, whether it was cross contamination or just not giving the gluten free crust. If you do not have a gluten allergy, disregard this post, but I beg anyone who does have a gluten allergy, especially individuals with celiac, to not take the chance. I will have swollen joints for a week and that fever was no joke. Per the comment from owner: Lori, your server told us that the pizza was cooked and prepared in another area. I'm not trying to be rude, but I assume if someone says they are gluten intolerant everything about the pizza should be gluten free including the sauce. All I got was a gluten free cheese pizza so I assumed that the sauce would be gluten free. It does not make sense to advertise gluten free pizza when you use sauce that has gluten. I'm very disappointed by the response. I wasn't expecting compensation or anything, just the acceptance to do better but you have completely written it off. Due to your response I wish I could give a 1 star. I hope you have a wonderful week and pray you respond better to someone else who has this issue in the future.
