I never post Complaints, this is the first one. I had been at the store earlier to ensure that I could pick up a “box of Joe“ for a function. When I returned in an hour, they told me they could not fulfill the 1 box order because they had a large order the following day. They didn’t try to find a solution, they just said that they couldn’t do it The clerk that had assured me I could’ve come back was sitting there during the whole process. I went to Starbucks, a mile down the road, and they took care of it in five minutes.

I go here every morning. To get my regular toast and Avocado and bacon. And out of all days I get two Avocado and toast with bacon and egg to only find out while I'm at the turn around that there's no damn bacon. My fault for not checking. The one time I dont check its not there and the times I do check it's there. If this isnt a more clearer confirmation To not Dunkin' donuts with yall anymore. Service: Take out

This place is either always closing early or just doesn't even open for the day. 3 times in the last week they are closed at noon with no signage or reason. Very disappointing. UPDATE: 9/9/23: 4TH TIME IN 2 WEEKS. GET IT TOGETHER Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to pick up my mobile order and the girls working this morning were rude. Then they give me my order but no straw for my iced latte. So I have to go back into the drive thru for a straw, and the girl sees me back in the line at the window and gives me a funny look before running off for someone else to handle it. I was nothing but nice even when I had to go out of my way and get back in line. I understand you’re young but girl I know you’re brighter than that. Act like it.
