Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I ordered the lock and when I came to the restaurant, I called to give my parking number so they could take my food. I just waited out there for 10 minutes. So I went to the restaurant while I called her, and I came to the front counter and there are two employees who do nothing. It's not curbing if I have to go to dinner. So they gave me my food and said sorrow and they gave me my coffee that is completely cold and it's general sense why would you give a cold coffee to a customer? So I asked for a refund on coffee because it was so cold and they called the manager and I waited for another five minutes manager not to show up, so I said, forget it and went out. I'm coming home and my food is super cold. If these restaurants will be lazy like other restaurants on the southern shore and don't want to go and take the food to the customers, then they have to stop offering kurbside. Again, it's not curbside when I have to go to the restaurant and get my food. Very disappointed by this restaurant.

I'm coming here! The store has a variety of things and the prices are reasonable! The food is so good! I love how tough and milky the pancakes are! I'm counting on the cheesecake. PLSSS TRY IT!!! The workers are also very friendly and the service is really good! the wait can sometimes be really long, but it's totally worth it????

We often cracker barrel and we have noticed that the quality has gone down. But this is the last time I come to Crackle Barrel. We sat on a dirty table, the chairs were full of crumbs, there was food on the floor, and we had to wipe it off with the two napkins left at the table. We had made an order of the old witnesses meal. When the cookies arrived, they were placed so rough on the table that my water and coffee moved. The gravitation that came with him was also cold. I had asked to cook the eggs on medium well had barely got boiled eggs that I did not eat. Our waitress never came to us. So we had to ask two different waiters for hot sauce and napkins. The food lacked taste and looked very inconspicuous. It is very regrettable that the place where we used to go as a family that felt so secret and welcoming has become unwelcome and cold.

Absolutely love this place, never disappointed. Except that the person welcomes the customers and added them to the waiting list. He had his earplug with his head on the phone. That was a bit off. He looked attentive to what he did. I had to stop his shoulder to get his attention and add my name. The waiting staff are we ingenious?. First impressions are important, must have a more attentive employee in front.

The food and the service is on point. The Country Store has things for many people. It gives it that small town General Store touch. The only thing I disagreed with was the Military and Senior Citizen Discount, they're not available. Several Businesses are choosing to go that way. Don't let it ruin your day. They have a kids menu to color on if you're a big kid like me sometimes. It drives my wife nuts. She loves me anyway.Kid-friendliness: I saw many kids there with their families.Parking: There was not much of a problem finding a spot. I imagine that on Holidays after Noon that would be a different story though.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps to go from the parking lot to the restaurant. There is an ADA toilet in the bathroom.Dietary restrictions: They try to work with you if you have allergies or say diabetes.
