Two months later I come back and order biscuit and gravy but they didn?t have the gravy ready and it was already 7 an. So I changed my order and they still didn?t get my ordercorrect. Just a disappointing experiences going to this place!
The manager simply called his staff to clean the tables and walked away. After receiving my meal, I asked once more for ketchup and mayonnaise and expressed my desire to contact the corporate office since he had not addressed my issues or shown any concern. His response was merely that he had someone cleaning. I pointed out that he had not apologized, and he eventually muttered an "I'm sorry." Overall, the management was very poor, and I plan to reach out to corporate about the lack of care.
This is undoubtedly one of the cleanest and friendliest Bill Miller locations I've ever visited. The staff is always busy assisting customers at the counter and around the dining area. There's always someone on hand to help you with your order or anything else you might need. I stopped by during the evening rush, and the drive-thru was efficiently moving along. However, I chose to dine in, and I was very impressed with the condition of the interior. Our food was served quickly as well. This location truly exemplifies the operational standards you expect from a successful restaurant. I will definitely be returning here more frequently.
I ordered the 4-piece chicken meal, but unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked. This is unacceptable for a restaurant. Rather than asking if I would like something else, they just offered me more chicken. By that point, I had lost my appetite.
The food is amazing, and the staff is extremely friendly. I just wish they had a setup like the other Bill Miller locations where you can watch your order being prepared!
