I’m so sad… All I wanted was to have some hot… at least warm chicken strips. Nope. My mom’s order of fried chicken was bone dry. Clearly our food had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time. Then there was a hair on top of her chicken ??I wouldn’t normally post about something like this but the quality issues have happened repeatedly (and not just from this location) I know it gets busy but it’s so frustrating to sit down for dinner and you can’t even chew it. I gave a second star only because the ppl at the drive thru were super nice. Please stop recycling your food Bill Millers!

So disappointed with drive thru service. Ordered 2 salad delite combos and a order of small fries. Simple right. Ok so why when I get to the window did I only get charged for 1 salad and fry? And it wasn't even a combo I ordered. So I asked if the combo came with tea? She replied that they didn't charge me the combo price? So not complaining I went ahead and ordered 2 sweet teas only to come home to unsweetened teas? I'm upset bc this used to be the best biller miller's on the southside.

Food always good but this time my food was wack and they forgot my gravy fries were ugly chicken tenders were wack I asked for crispy and my tea tasted weird my apple pie was the best thing out of all of it but they did just throw it on my plate so presentation was ugly but delicious

Just came from there and had bad service in drive thru. Had to add 2 things to my order at the window cause whoever was taking orders didn't pay attention too busy laughing. Then like they just put food in bag anyhow bbq spilled all over bag and bags tearing

On March 4th, I put in an order for brisket, rice, beans, potato salad, tea, etc. Whoever the people that worked that day, along with the manager HUGE THANK YOU!! My order was for about 50 plates. And our order was very well packed, and ready for us to serve that day. It came with seving utensils, plates, cups, condiments, etc. The food was warm, and of course delicious! I've always had good service from this location. Also, when we go in the mornings to buy breakfast, there's an older lady picking up the money at the drive thru. She is very friendly and has a smile for us. Kudos to her! Bill Miller keep up the good work outstanding service here at S.W Military Kelsey.Thank u very much!
