Whataburger - San Angelo

I've waited 40 minutes for my food in the drive-thru, only to be told that my order was mixed up! This is the second time this has happened, and I won't be returning. Meanwhile, my poor son is waiting for me in the cold. It's time for Whataburger to get their act together!

I recently tried the new chili cheese Frito cheeseburger, and wow, it was amazing! The burger was huge, and I visited the location on Sherwood Way. They did an outstanding job; it was absolutely delicious!

I waited 50 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready in 10. I eventually called customer service, canceled my order, and decided to go to Sonic across the street instead. I will avoid this location in the future.

This is consistently the slowest Whataburger I?ve ever encountered. My suggestion, should they choose to read this, is to hire a former Chick-Fil-A manager to whip this place into shape. The second star is because, even though this place is operating at asnails pace, I still love Whataburger.

Almost every time I go to this Whataburger there are multiple items missing. Today I had multiple things missing and when I asked about it, one employee looked at me weird then went back to what she was doing before another employee helped me. If theBryant or Knickerbocker locations were more convenient to get in and out of, I'd go there because they don't have this problem.It would take almost no effort to have an employee double-check an order before pushing it out. It's not all bad though, foodwas rock Whataburger and the employees, other than the aforementioned one, were friendly
