Bidra med feedbackService was fine, but she gave my friend hardly any avocado as why fees for it if you don't even have a decent amount, but at least they have our bread in contrast to the other subway
Well it's getting very expensive.and Steak Cheese have no flavor.
If I could add no stars I would. I came in on 7/24 at 5:45 and not only were the employees extremely slow but I got nothing but attitude while my sandwich was being made. It was thrown together to say the least, no folded meat, just slapped on there. Then, instead of ringing my order up correctly they tried to offer me 2$ to “make it even”. When I said no, that I wouldn’t be taking 2$ that I wanted my order rang up correctly, I was scoffed at by the older woman who worked there. I used to work at subway and I know you can void items on an order. This was the WORST Subway experience I’ve ever had.
Ordered with the app, got there and stood in line while they made other peoples sandwiches, I watched and waited and decided to get in the line since there was no other person to help me, I get all the way to who I find out is the manager and I tell her I have an online order and even after sitting there watching me wait in line as there is no signage to tell me where to get my order she just points at the register and says l, “that’s over there” no oh I’m sorry for your wait or any concern for the fact that I have been in line this whole time basically for no reason. The other lady lady's me my food and says have a nice day…then we get home and the order is wrong lol
By far the best customer service I’ve had at a Subway. There was only one employee and she was very professional and friendly.
