What a disappointment. We ordered steak tartare to start. Whereas the beef was good, the chef thought it clever to mix in hoards of cheap processed cheese, making about a 50/50 split meat/cheese, it was dreadful. No seasoning and no toast to accompany. My wife took the ‘paella’ which was seafood with rice. Tasteless and consequently she has spent the day in bed. I had the scallops in bacon which were rubbery and overcooked. The dessert consisted of chocolate mousse piped into a toffee and nut cup. The service was better than the food. Definitely not sophisticated and definitely not European cuisine. Great food, and great service from our server Zach. We got Cappellini campagnole, risotto del orto, spaghetti al pomo. Kids loved it too. Very close to the San Clemente pier.

Go to spot in SC. Tried and true and an original locals favorite. Pride of ownership and family owned with great cuisine.
