Oro at The Emily Morgan Hotel– a DoubleTree by Hilton

Forced us to get buffet at $65 per person. Ran out of oysters and seafood that made us decide to eat there. Wish I knew we could not order of menu and forced to pay for expensive Buffett when not that hungry. Disappointed with Open Table and especially restaurant. They then gave me the bill and put on (2) 18% gratuity charges at $24 each for an additional $48 charge. Quite a scam on New Years Eve! Please make sure restaurant owner gets this feedback.

We said they had no reservations and they were closed.

Eat. while we were the only table occupied, the service was slow. no great ambiente. the hotel is beautiful, but the bar area was better than the restaurant.

It was a beautiful experience that eating was amazing bilingual service that is a valuable in Texas

The NYE buffet dinner was a terrible experience. selection was bad, presentation was sloppy. chilled seafood wax gum, nothing was fresh. the server has rarely checked us in a half restaurant. not sure what the problem was, but I couldn't recommend a special bug.
