Our experience at Pallet was excellent. Our server provided the perfect level of input, was very attentive and friendly, and never overbearing. The truffle yukons were an excellent start to the meal. The green salad had a very tasty house dressing. Moroccan lamb ribs were both distinctive and delicious. The chipotle fudgecicle was a really tasty, adventurous dessert that I've never seen elsewhere. The physical space here is beautiful and fairly quiet for a completely full restaurant on a Saturday night. Do yourself a favor and go to Pallet!

Exceptional atmosphere and food. There is great attention to detail, and it shows in all aspects of the resturant. The seasonal menu has continued to get better and better.

Just left the restaurant.  Have dined in restaurants throughout US and were thrilled to experience Pallet on the recommendation of a good friend.  Unfortunately, the wine we expected to pay $28. for cost us $56.  Beware, the cost per glass is deceptive.  I'm unaccustomed to a wine "tasting"'price on the menu of a dining establishment.  At the very least, if the listed price is for a taste, I would expect a clarification of the wine list.  We've only lived in Salt Lake for two months, and have had nothing but exquisite experiences until tonight.  Sorry Pallet,  deceived once...not twice.  We won't be back.
