Kfc - Salt Lake City

Not happy with my visit today. First customer service sucked then I got my order which I could only get crispy for whatever reason and then it was at least a couple hours old barely even warm and overall not a good visit

No stars!!! Ordered online. Went to pick up and they were closed. According to their app they were suppose to be open another 30 minutes. Workers ignored questions about our order. If they closed early fine but at least deny our order or call and tell us so we can order somewhere else.

Average prices, Average quality food, Average customer service, quick service.

The young lady filling-orders at this store (8/5/22, 7:20 pm-ish) has an obstinate attitude and was rude. There are basics when it comes to customer service. Listening to a customer and answering questions are basics.

The food was fantastic and the restaurant was spotless. However, they still have half of the indoor seating closed, which made it difficult for us to find a place to sit, especially with a pregnant person in our group. Other than that, the staff was very friendly.
