Bidra med feedbackI ordered a spicy chking, and they gave me a normal chicken with the spicy sauce. it was literally after I had ordered it wasn't even fresh. I have a good burger king.
The manager janice, was very disastrous to me and my family when I tried to ask if they could repair our order. I also noticed that she treated her personal on a very inappropriate wise, which is not possible to treat a person, and moreover she went with eating without any gloves after touching money and counters!
One of the worst fast food experiences I've had. Taking my order she was very rude and snippy with her remarks and responses that she had and had to tell her again three times because she was busy having a personal conversation with another employee that I could hear through the speaker. Finally got our food and everything was there, but I got two large fries that were literally half full. The fries weren't even past the top of the cardboard fry box. Skimped out on toppings on the burgers too.. not the best location.
On the morning this review is posted, I chose to get 5 breakfast platters. The problem is, when I get them, I noticed that the hash browns aren't there, and I go back to see what happened. Turns out there aren't any, but they do offer fries as compensation. Even though I did accept them, they still did mess up at the end of the day.
The new building needs the staffs service to match its nice remodel.. we ordered combos and the Big King special but the the cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing. We then received soda cups that were only 3/4 full, our Whoppers were the driest ever and our Big King sandwiches looked as if they were thrown together. I love Burger King but this shop needs some training.
