Brio Italian Grille - Salt Lake City

Delicious food, great service, and beautiful location. Our server was Liz, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had the shrimp and scallop risotto, bruschetta, and gorgonzola crusted beef medallions. Next time we're in SLC we will be back!

We had a table for four. Delicious food!!! Service on drinks was very slow. I ordered a cocktail while waiting for the food and would have had a couple more during the meal. My glass was empty for the entire meal, and our server didn't return to take additional drink orders. Had he been on top of the drinks, my cocktail bill would have been much higher, as well as his tip, given that I give 22%.

The food is okay, the biggest problem is that our order took a long time to come out.

Overall, it's a good Italian restaurant. Great food and good service. Menu selection is a bit old and needs a refresh, but it's what's expected out of a chain

Fernando was amazing! Respectful, attentive, and made sure we had what we needed. The food was delicious and Fernando was the best!!!
