Bidra med feedbackI went in on 5 Jan 24 around 1815-1830 (615p-630p and was immediately greeted as they have a door chime. Upon walking in the store, the cleanliness of the store was quite immaculate, there was absolutely no visible garbage on the floor, no half empty or even empty cups on any tables or end tables by the single-seater chairs or even coffee stains on any of the tables at all, all the food (i.e. cookies, brownies, rice crispies, etc. was neatly organized by the register and even the area of what I call the sugar station was clean, well stocked and organized neatly. The employees who were working were Layla/Leila (not sure how to spell it and if she is reading this, my apologies for butchering your name and Danny and both were working hard and maintaining a professional attitude as I entered the store, all the way up until I made my way to the register. Once I placed my order, they were working swiftly to complete it but also making sure my order was up to par with my specifications (considering I 'm quite picky about my coffee and they absolutely nailed it. Both are exemplary employees and having the store in that immaculate of condition and it only being them two there, they are absolutely incredible and because of them (and other staff when I have visited previous times as well and received the same results I will indeed be returning, many, many more times. I 'll also say that I have seen the store being run with three employees and it 's during a rush and they are all calm, collected, working hard and getting orders taken and completed in an almost insane manner to where there was a six ish customer line and saw around a four car line outside and when I arrived at the register, I really thought my wait would be more than ten minutes but low and behold I had my coffee in less than 90 seconds, it was truly a spectacle to behold. Some of the staff may be young (at least that I am guessing but that team is incredible at their job and that is why I will be returning for sure. Thank you again both Leila/Layla and Danny, you both are rockstars!
Till the first time I went to this location I thought it might have been a fluke but my coffee beans were definitely burnt and then I went back again today and unfortunately they were burnt again. Normally beans and brews is my preferred coffee place this location just needs a little bit of help on how to roast the beans so they aren't burnt.
My family loves Beans Brews, it is our favorite coffee place ever! Today we had another great experience not just thanks to B B but the car in front of us (whoever you are THANK YOU! They paid for our drinks. We kept it going paid for the drinks behind us, we hope they were able to keep it going for a while because that is the best thing in the world to think a stranger was kind enough to do that for us and why not keep sharing the love!! Thanks B B!!
I love beans and brews, it is hands down my favorite coffee place. The staff is always kind..But this location never makes my drinks right. Specifically the caramel ceilo, its just straight milk/cream, and doesn't taste like caramel or coffee at all. They also don't make the revolver or tan iced mocha right...maybe they need to train their staff better. I always ask for less ice and they never listen. Im paying $7 for a large cup of ice and flavored milk every time I go to this location. Im going to stick to the sandy location from now on because they've never disappointed me.
Love this place. Not only is coffee great here, but i love the energy of the people working there. Andrew always greets me with great enthusiasm and that helps to get my day started off in a positive way. Thank you!!
