Arby's - Salt Lake City

I came to this restaurant specifically for the shake machine, but it was unexpectedly down two hours before closing time. I also learned that the closing time was actually 12am, not 1am as advertised. The service was not friendly and the fries and chicken were served cold. When I turned around in the parking lot to get a replacement, I was met with attitude. The only thing that seemed fresh in my order was the mozzarella sticks. It's worth noting that I have just started managing a hotel around the corner, and I will definitely be informing my guests not to visit this establishment.

I used to work at this restaurant years ago, and there is still a woman named Vickie working there who is fantastic at her job. She operates the slicer and serves food with kindness. It's a great place to eat.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the double roast beef was delicious. I also want to give a shout out to the shift manager, Austin, for providing great customer service and being a good sport about our jokes regarding our coupons.

I loved this location, I went through the drive through tonight, and waited a while no one came to take my order . So I drove up to the window and it looked like all workers left without cleaning and this was two hours before closing. The lights were offin the dinning area and in the kitchen the lights were on even food was out like someone did not care to clean up. I felt badfor the other people who waited at the drive through like I did. I had to tell them no one was working to save them time. I justwanted chicken tenders : .

What a freaking rip off I just ordered Doordash and the pictures of the new sandwich look like full size 12 inch sub. Doesn't taste very good either. WHY do fast food restaurants like to rob people
