Then she shrugged at me and said “idk” Then I realized our conversation was getting nowhere so I just went to work What’s happening here? Are they not teaching the employees how to make coffee? Did they forget to flush out the machine from the previous day? Just don’t get cold brew at 5:15am
Awful customer service at this location, they never smile, say hi, or even have a good day. They mess up my order almost every time.
