Stoked Smoked Bbq, Llc - Salisbury

Savory, smoky, melt in your mouth tender meats (the pulled pork and chicken quarters were an excellent choice) and equally cared for sides (hand cut fries reminiscent of the boardwalk and creamy mac). The best BBQ I've had in Salisbury in a long time.

This place is delicious!! The people that run it are so kind, helpful, and the food is so good. I love the layout of the whole place, and I’m so excited for this establishment to be open! The vibe on the inside is really calm and nice. I don’t get a panic attack every time I go in there like Mission BBQ. Y’all are the best. Keep up the good work! (Killer sauce, meats are delicious, sides to die for.. ok I’m done)

The brisket here is the best I've ever eaten--and that includes a few establishments in Texas. Extremely tender and flavorful--so much so that no sauce is needed, although there is an ample variety of sauces available.

Lunch specials:The Sloppy Pig pulled chicken wrapped in crispy cheddar with house sauce and pickles.Nashville hot chicken fried chicken dipped in hot sauce on a brioche bun.First time here and did not disappoint. Homemade fries and Potato salad slapped. BBQ sauce bar to choose as many different dipping flavors your heart craves.Sweet mom and pops behind the counter. Definitely coming again.
