Little Caesars Pizza - Salisbury

This little Caesars is terrible. I ordered 2 pizzas, 3crazy bread/ sauce and 2 extra sauce to supply. Did not get the extra sauce, and the Crazy Bread had nothing on it. Only dry bread sticks in a bag. I could understand one order of crazy bread, but all three? That's ridiculous. I basically paid $50 for 2 pizzas and could have bought food Lion for $3 bread sticks and save money. One of the pizzas was not completely cooked. I pre-ordered it so that they got the order at 11:00 and had an hour for it and it wasn't right. It's just pizza. No rocket science. I wouldn't have taken care of it if it were late if they were busy. It is always dirty to look inside, the staff is rude, and the management let us just be free for everyone in there. Definitely made with Little Caesars.

Every slice of every pizza is a different size. It's like a preschooler is learning what a triangle is. Makes it hard to share with friends and family. I will not be returning.

Biggest problem: dirty in store. They would flunk if I were an inspector. Food is very good, but I witnessed a young girl with loose hair cutting a freshly cooked pie, with her hair right over the food! Nasty! Dirty floors, counter tops, glass, etc. Yall need to make your store beautiful...looks like s truckstop bathroom! Outside of store? Filth. Windows, filthy. Great food. Horrible housekeeping. Want more business? Squeaky clean. Get on the mall property mgt to clean up that parking lot and exterior. That 's their job! Looks ghettoee! Service mostly good. Staff nice, but mgt needs to train better. In my training, when not busy, clean! Stock get ready for the rush. Look good, dress right, wash hands, keep kitchen tidy...

I bought an ultimate Supreme a Pepperoni and a cheese Pizza 2 orders of garlic parm wings $40 and change. I was the only person in the building for about 10 minutes. The young lady told me it would be 10-15 minutes. It took 39 minutes. Other people came in and placed orders. Call in orders came in and picked up their food understandably. But, one of the guys that placed an order 3 people behind me, got an ultimate Supreme and a pepperoni pizza and walk out with his order before me. We are not the same color , he and the young man are the same color. The young man gave him fresh hot pizza while mine was sitting on the counter and I was told it was because my cheese pizza had just come up. No, not good enough for me. If he was waiting for my cheese pizza which is the simplest to make, why didn't he serve the white man the ones that were already ready? This is a horrible thing to experience. There were other white men inside who agreed with me! It was dirty and it was wrong. I will never give my money to a company that would do this to anyone, ever again. I think it was a race move. I spent well over what that man spent and left with cold pizza because a white man seemed more important than me.

October 2020 My family and I havr been eating LC everywhere for years. For the authenticity of the ingredients, price, quantity, and taste, you just can't go wrong with LC, unless... Of course, there are those LC's that can't make a pizza no matter what (like the one on Silas Creek Pkwy in Winston Salem (half done Italian Cheese bread EVERYTIME . Anyway, this LC has absolutely perfected the art of pizza bread making. Yes, they are always busy and packed, but that is to be expected considering the typical LC price, quantity, etc. So, the Italian bread here always has the crispiest flakiest bottom ever. The cheese and seasonings, butter on top...I mean everything perfect everytime we go there. Crazy bread is good too, but my little ones always eat that (not me . What will I miss about North Carolina (the ENTIRE state ? LC in Salisbury on Statesville Blvd. ?
