Worst decision I have made this week! To stop here for some overpriced cold and hard food! And talk about customer service! Rude girl who’s preparing the food was rude and if you go in there you will most definitely feel rushed ! Save yourself some money and a bad time and avoid eating here .

It seems to be a recurring theme at this location where orders that are made for online pickup or delivery are extremely lacking, disappointing, or straight up incorrect (missing ingredients, incorrect portions, etc. My most recent experience at this location was upsetting. I had ordered an online pickup and paid for double everything in my bowl. Upon pickup, I open my bowl to find out that everything is regularly portioned, including the protein which is $3.50 extra for double. It was remade correctly once I went back inside, but I should not have to do that. And it is not the first time I've done it. I'm not sure why this keeps happening, but it is a genuine issue that should be addressed.

I just walked out of this establishment, it was my first time here so I was excited but left awfully disappointed. There was no no one in line yet nobody helped me until I managed to get the attention of one of the workers, and even when I managed to get their attention, they did not greet us in a friendly manner, I was giving my order, I had said two ingredients and the girl taking my order took it to the counter before I finished, then when I told her I wasn’t done, she took it back and put one more ingredient on it before taking it back to the counter, I wasn’t done ordering what I wanted but at that point I gave up and just left very disappointed with my half completed order.

Do not come here. I came at 9:30pm. They close at 11pm. They were out of; chicken, carnitas, sofritas, chips and guacamole.
