Chick-fil-a - Salinas Ca

The food here is excellent, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. I've had several issues with my orders; once, my fries were missing altogether, and other times, they were only half full. As a regular customer, I plan to keep coming back, but I recommend checking your bag before leaving. Quality food deserves quality service!

The drive-thru here is efficiently organized for quick service, and meals are served swiftly in the dining room too. The iced coffee and lemonade are excellent choices for refreshing drinks on a hot day.

The customer service here is excellent. The employees genuinely seem happy to be at work. Unlike many other places where the staff appear to be reluctant to take your order or assist you, this restaurant stands out. They excel in both the quality of their food and their customer service!

I hate to have to only give this restaurant one star ????, but the fries were cold, I would have taken them back, but I didn't have the time to. I have enjoyed the food on other visits, I just hope the next time I do visit, my fries will be fresh to order. And I'll be more than happy to give them a five star ????, review.........

We love Chick-fil-A. Who doesn't. We love there salads. We got a chicken nugget and fruit tray that day. Chicken nuggets need to be oven heated the next day rather than microwaved. Fruit tray was delicious. Very busy place in Salinas, California
