Outback Steakhouse - Salinas

The staff was great, but the food was inexpensive. Backkartoffel was not the largest, you can get a better baked potato on the flea market for less.

Not bad, but not amazing either. Price is fair for what you get, but I was not blown away either. Service was nice, friendly and on point while I dined, so that was a major plus in my book. The food was average though, but tasty and enjoyable. It wasn't anything above and above beyond however, so maybe I came in at the wrong time or perhaps next visit will be better. Only time will tell.

The service was excellent but the food was not so good. I asked for a steak without spices on it but it came with spice anyhow. The potato was barely warm. They offered me free dessert which I declined but did take a fair amount off the bill which I did not request. So service was great, they tried to make it right. I would try there again.

The restaurant was near empty when arrived yet the table sat me was dirty. Spent $35. For a fish that was platted with nothing else, garden salad side, and an appetizer. Beverage. Nothing else. Had 4 different people serve me but nothing was done properly.

The food was great. Service was excellent. I ordered the 13 ounce rib eye (medium rare) with a sweet potato and coconut shrimp and a small side of Steakhouse Mac and cheese. It was delicious! The atmosphere was calm, playing sports on the TV. Cool and relaxing.
