When I went into the window, they asked me to move to the side. someone named oc came out and offered me a free drink for the waiting period. when the order was finished oc and shawn came with all the food and a bag for dish, sauces and free dessert. I said they were grateful for nurses. very polite nurses. thanks again that we make our day with a small act of ease.

They have changed the layout of the load so it is more open. the tables are new so it feels cleaner. the lady who took our order made it smile.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this is something that happened every time I went to this place. I ordered the Nacho-Fries burrito (feeded and took some items off and she gave me a bean and cheese burrito that had sauce everywhere. I work in taco bell, so I understand how chaotic it can be, but there were only two people in the line, and I had only two foods and one drink. it is really frustrating, especially because they were my order correctly on reception, but gave me something completely different. it was also cold.

Ordered 4 rices and this was the amount I got in each container! I paid for that?! Wow!!!! My tacos were supposed to have no cheese and there was cheese everywhere !!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I was the only one in line. No one in the store.

Terrible customer service!!! Just be consistent. Inconsistency is one of my pet peeves. If you don't like your job...do something else! I rarely give bad reviews. It takes a lot to get me this riled up. I will not visit this location again.
