Chicken Shaq - Salford

Where do I start avoid this place like the plague ‍ I went in to collect the mega bucket, whilst waiting all the staff were laughing and joking in another language (very rude). Although the worst part of my encounter was when I got home to eat,‍ we found what looked like raw chicken so rang up to try and sort it out .I was told I had to take the raw chicken back to the shop and they might change it if they think its raw, I wasn't getting anywhere so asked to speak to the boss who basically told me I was lying and the chicken wasn't raw and it wasn't his issue then hung up on me. When I called back and simply asked if I return the food can I get a refund ? He laughed at me and said no chance its not his problem. Seen as they've been nothing but rude from the start here's the chicken that jojos is serving and refusing to fix don't waste your money like I did ‍. This place used to be really nice but it's going downhill very fast after wasting £25 on boxing day and the disgusting customer service, I will not be back and will be advising everyone I know to steer clear. Also i will be contacting the food standards agency as the food is a health hazard.

Absolutely shocking... avoid at all costs. We come here alot as the chicken burgers are/was amazing. We tried the mega bucket tonight and every single piece of chicken was pink and raw inside. pizza was burnt (what we didnt complain about on the phone, it was liveable) The only chicken that wasnt raw was the chicken burger but that was in stale muffins and was changed when we got home (again not ideal but it was okay) This place has gone so downhil recently and the staff are so rude waste of 25 quid as we was point blank refused a refund because they cook chicken the same way everyday and it 's not pink (this is without him seeing what we have infront of us and refusing to come and collect it) absolute joke. I will make sure friends and family don 't use this place anymore and I will be sending the picture to food standards agency (I wouldn 't be petty about it but as he laughed at us on the phone, refused to accept it was raw, and basically called us a liar, then said its not his problem I 'm going to take this futher) all it took was some decent customer service, and responsibility (we all make mistakes) but 2 members of staff. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This was the 3rd time I went and the 3rd time they got my order wrong! I’m done with this place now can’t said I didn’t give it a go. Todays food wasn’t that nice at all, dry and unseasoned. If you want bland and to get ignored this is the place to go. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
