Let's get it straight: it's a meat shop, a meat shop, but it's still a meat shop that is believed to be a star restaurant. Environment. I was recently at dinner at Il Salumaio for the first time. The environment is very welcoming: a few tables well spaced and tastefully equipped in a room next to a superb sausage, full of every well of God between cheeses, meats, wines and other excellent quality food and wine products. The service is impeccable, the garb, attention and sympathy with which the clientele is cared for is really worthy of plause. After an entrée of very tasty montanarine (a small piece: non-hot served) we ordered a selection of cured meats and cheeses refined and of excellent taste, two tastes of first dishes of tradition belledly assembled for a final result to the magnificent palate and a soft and pleasant sweet finish (mele pie). On the wines it is possible to range between red and white always of remarkable quality and so also for the distillates of end of the meal. The final account is adapted to the quality of what was enjoyed at the table and the overall sensory experience, although not economical.

Preferring that certainly the salumeria has good products, but while remaining that it is a sausage and not a starry restaurant, I find the prices exaggerated. The painful note however is the rudeness of the owner who acts like a Hollywood star! Humility and welcome are unknown. Salumeria sells products that can be safely found elsewhere and at definitely more honest prices. Run!

Cosy atmosphere, superlative products, amazing cuisine. The cooks are excellent and their homemade dishes and cooked gracefully!

Special location within a psalm. Few tables between the counter and shelves full of high quality products. The difference makes it the passion of the manager combined with an uncommon competence. Superbì sliced and cheese but it is the kitchen to excite. From Genoese to Matriciana, from artichoke stuffed with pasta and potatoes, an authentic triumph of flavor.
