Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely not how pho is made. Literally **** raw steak in my pho. The broth did not cook it further. Incredibly disgusting through and through. I’ve had pho 1000 times throughout my life and nothing close to this disgusting place.Food: 1/5
Best pho in town! Their broth is exquisite, and not too heavy on the baking spices/anise flavors.Food: 5/5
Let’s start with the staff, very friendly and attentive, restaurant is clean but kinda crowded, low score because the food is definitely not Vietnamese at all. The shrimp spring rolls are just pieces of shrimp with shredded lettuce… the crab puffs tasted horrible, long story short don’t expect anything close to traditional Vietnamese food. There’s better places around town that are family owned and more authentic.
I tried simply pho because a friend recommended it.It was okay.I won 't come back because of the highly unprofessional manager who was wearing gray sweatpants with a tank top that exposed her belly and a sweatshirt. Her hair was bright red and was not tied back. She did nothing. What exactly is she paid for when she didn 't serve or clean up. She made the new young lady, who was highly professional, do all the work! The last thing I want to see is some girls belly while eating and have her hair get in my pho soup. It 's unhygienic and completely disgusting. Whoever runs this place is a joke.
I absolutely love this place. The pho is so delicious, served hot with fresh ingredients. The chili wontons are one of my favorites. I tried the seafood combination pho and it was good as well. But I think my favorite is the beef pho. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and are attentive to needs. This really is the best Pho in Salem.Kid-friendliness: The little liked being here, they have orange chicken, which satisfied the kid. The pot stickers are also good for kids, and adults alike.
