Little Caesars Pizza - Salem

After receiving a hard uneatable pizza and breadsticks with no time stamps my boyfriend called and made a complaint. We were told to bring the pizza back and our order would be replaced. When we took it back to the store we requested a freshly madepizza and we would wait. The lady working in the back (states she is the assistant manager) says we can take one from inside theheating rack because they were all fresh. Once again I stated I wanted one fresh and even asked to pay the difference to addextra pepperoni so it would be fresh. Lady started yelling she would not do that and we could have what was already made. Thenshe said she was calling the police when I said no I wanted a fresh pizza put in. So long story short police were calledbecause I requested that they make a fresh pizza and wouldnt except one out of their warmer. For the record before she calledthe police I was never asked to leave the store.

I ordered 4 pizzas and 3 breadsticks the pizzas were cold and hard no sauce on them and not cut the breadsticks were not cooked all the way I was charged for 4 breadsticks when I only got 3 the lady was on her cell phone talking to whoever the entire timeI was in there very rude the customer service sucked and I will never ever go there again!!!!!????????????????????

Absolutely terrible they can?t even make a pizza properly. Super thin and there isn?t even crust on the one side.

Bought a sausage pizza and its crust is so hard I couldn't eat it

Last week ordered pizza and crazy bread. Dough was still raw in the crazy bread. Go in today and was told you can?t order more than two lunch combos. And can?t have someone else go in to get them. This place has gone totally downhill. Don?t recommend thisplace at all.
