Little Caesars Pizza - Salem

Last week, pizza and crazy bread ordered. The dough was still raw in crazy bread. Go in today and you were told you can't order more than two lunch combos. And can't go in to get her. This place is completely downhill. Don?t even recommend this place.

After receiving a hard uneatable pizza and breadsticks with no time stamps my boyfriend called and made a complaint. We were told to bring the pizza back and our order would be replaced. When we took it back to the store we requested a freshly made pizza and we would wait. The lady working in the back (states she is the assistant manager) says we can take one from inside the heating rack because they were all fresh. Once again I stated I wanted one fresh and even asked to pay the difference to add extra pepperoni so it would be fresh. Lady started yelling she would not do that and we could have what was already made. Then she said she was calling the police when I said no I wanted a fresh pizza put in. So long story short police were called because I requested that they make a fresh pizza and wouldnt except one out of their warmer. For the record before she called the police I was never asked to leave the store.

I'm 30 years old. I love pizza. I can take a mediocre slice of pizza with no complaints but let me tell you This location wins the award for the absolute worst slice of pizza I've ever had in my life lol. I just choked down as much of the first slice as I could and tossed the rest of the two pies I'd purchased in the trash at the gas station. Will not be back March 20 2022 8:30 pm

Food was made fairly quickly and the no contact pickup was rather clever. The pizza and crazy sauce were hot. I got the Slices and Sticks (half pepperoni pizza, half cheese sticks) and the cookie dough brownies. I thought the brownies would be hot out of the oven, but they came in a package?? Brownies were still quite good! Cheese sticks were really tasty. Pizza was also very good! My only slight issue was that of the 2 slices I had, 1 barely had any sauce my guess is that that 's because this was 1/2 cheese sticks and they were trying to be careful not to get sauce on the other half? Probably if I had a whole regular pizza that wouldn 't be an issue. This worked out nicely though because it was just for me, so there 's less leftovers than if I got a whole pizza and whole order of cheese sticks.

They were professional. I tried the pretzel ready made pizza. It was cold. A d I did not like it, too much salt. They took back the pizza and replaced it with a regular crust pizza fresh from the oven. They were nice about it and gave no hassles. They did good
