Burger King - Salem

If you say your going to open at 6 am then do it. Pathetic

They seem to be improving. We've eaten there three times within the last 6 weeks and have had a good experience all around. Twice in the drive thru and was served and gone in 5 minutes. Tonight went in. Again served promptly. All times the food was hot, fresh and correct.

Had not been in while. When I ordered for me and my kids. The chicken nuggets was to spicy with pepper. My sandwich was raw, I went to tell them about it. They gave me another one but I was already out of mood eating it. The frys and onion rings was really good.

My son and I stopped in on a busy Friday night about 6:30 pm. A car behind me didn't get ranch as requested w/their order. Brice was working the drive thru he actually ran out to the car to give them their dressing so that they didn't have to wait in line! I have never seen this at any fast food restaurant. I asked him his name so that I could respond on what a great thing to do. We need more young people like this!!!! Obviously GREAT SERVICE

Got my order wrong. Some person was standing just inside the drive through window going on about what employees should be doing and where. Whopper barely had mayo and mustard and was cold. Didn't bother trying to get it corrected. It is what it is.
