People usually eat çibörek with ayran, but I suggest you try it with sweetened tea. You won't regret it. If you want, you can taste the Hürrem dessert after the meal. Now let's come to some details: Some people like the inside of the strawberries juicy, some dry, due to the different tastes of the people. If, like me, you like the inside of the çibörek to be juicy (which is what the original is), then you will enjoy eating the çiböreks here.
