Pizza Hut - Saint Robert

If I had a zero point. a meal at ~630. 845 I call her and they said that the driver couldn't find her house, so we canceled the order I didn't miss, no email, nothing. just a hungry family.

Pizza was hot so we thought it was cooked when we went to eat it, that all changed. The pizzas were very undercooked, and they put extra cheese on the pepperoni lovers even though we didn’t ask for that which may be why that one was more undercooked than the other one we ordered. Made us vomit (literally) after a few bites. The cheese didn’t taste right either. Don’t recommend eating Pizza Hut anymore at all. Their quality just gets worse every year. We were going to go to Dominos but decided to give Pizza Hut a final chance for another disappointment. We don’t want any replacement food either. ?

We just ordered pizza from the St Robert MO store and it was absolutely horrible. Not only was the pizza bland with no flavor thier service was horrible. I ordered a shredded brisket pizza off thier website and was delivered a BBQ beef pizza. When I called them about it they passed me around to 3 different people and I was just told they didn't carry that pizza that was what they had. Will never order from that store again. Was actually excited to get a pizza hut back in the area but would have been better for them just to stay closed. Will never order from that store again.

Ordered our pizza at 6:01pm. Got to the store at 6:24pm and the pizza wasn't even started yet. I waited patiently for them to start it and the Fillipina lady making the pizzas basically ignored the cashier that my pizza wasn't started. The cashier decided to give me my pizza for free since I had waited for over 30 minutes for them to even start it and the Fillipina lady decided to act unprofessional to her co-worker in front of myself and other customers. The cashier helped me out for the inconvenience which I thought was very professional. Personally, the Fillipina lady needs to act with more attentiveness to mistakes and not argue with co-workers about trying to help customers.

We stopped ordering Pizza Hut from the location that closed because the pizza was never baked long enough. We took a chance on the new location and the pizza was baked all the way and delicious!!
