Kfc - SAINT PETERSBURG

We arrived at 4:45pm. Ordered a bucket meal of chicken. The woman states we are out of white pieces right now, do you want all dark pieces? I said no. She said it will be 15 minutes before they are cooked. We waited. While waiting, I noticed that the preparer or cook had long hair and full length beard without an net on either. Our 15 minute lasted 40 minutes. At that time of day when it's suppertime, they sould be prepared.

This KFC has serious issues. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal and they told me that I could only have one sauce even if I paid for it. I questioned them about it and they said I could not have another sauce PERIOD unless I purchased another meal. I found this completely absurd. I found out they were lying to me because I checked online ordering. If I placed my order with a computer, I would’ve gotten the sauces, but since I was there in person, they would not allow it. Not sure why…. The food was terrible. The chicken strips barely had any meat and they were over cooked and the Mountain Dew tasted like they filled it halfway with water. I should have read the reviews before I went. They are not good. This location has new competition, Popeyes, across the street and should probably step it up. Next time I’m choosing Popeyes.

The lady in the drive thru was so rude, I didn’t receive my food for about 15 minutes while everyone else received theirs within a matter of seconds. On top of that they forgot items in my order and when I went back to get the missing items I found out that the lady who took my order was the manager. unacceptable truly. I understand being short staffed and working in the food industry but this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Order a 16 piece chicken meal first they gave me a 12 piece meal then when they gave me my 16 piece it was 6 legs 5 wings 2 breast and 3 thighs. Not the 2 heads of chicken I was supposed to get. Which is 4 wings 4 legs 4 breast and 4 thighs. Plus everyone in there was rude. But yet they all want 15 bucks an hour. Plus I ordered mash potatoes and gravy and got no gravy. I really can't wait for the Popeyes across the road to open. And they never answer the phone

Chicken had no skin. The manager would not give us better pieces. So we had to get a refund. Bad food. Bad service.
