I have never been to white castle before, and will probably never go again. That being said, the customer service and atmosphere here were, against all odds, very pleasant. Frustratingly so, even. The Employees were nice and helpful and understanding, helping me to understand how to get the most value out of my money, considering the size of the order it was delivered rather quickly, and it was just nice??? And even the customers, (almost completely white and over the age of 45) were unusually kind and sweet towards each other, and the staff, always being sure to thank them and each other. It was as if I had stepped into the world's most wholesome, yet least flavorful family reunion, an energy of joy and comfort aerating among the smell of cheap meat and stale chicken, guests who had never even met conversing pleasantly about lawn care or Chip and Joanna Gaines as if they were old, dear friends. I used to believe that White Castle was a sign that God was dead or had abandoned us, but now I see the error of my ways, as there could be no greater proof of a higher power. My conclusion, dear reader, though achieved begrudgingly, is that there is a heaven on earth, and it is, bizarrely and mind-bogglingly, at White Castle. The food is still bad though. This location is near and dear to me, White Castle provided food on Saturday nights for over a decade when I was growing up. Not much has changed, which is perfect! Prices have gone up, but the sliders are worth it! Staff is always friendly, and service is as quick as can be with all the larger orders I've seen and bought. I always recommend White Castle for an evening binge and this location in particular. Parking: Not a huge lot, but most customers go through the drive-thru anyways, so you'll always have multiple parking spots to pick (even on a busy day/time). Be sure to download their app, some decent reoccurring deals for mobile order and in-person.
