Sonic Drive-in - Saint Paul

Order the fried keksteig, have two in the pocket and no ice with it. the server was really rude. she opened the window and said what she was waiting for. we said keksteig bites and she was like it was quite rude in the bag, and I said it was supposed to come with ice and she closed the window, so we just drove away. That's why I don't like going here. they always lay order and are always rude.

First time at Sonic I am sorry to say my last. I waited in line in drive thru for 40 minutes. The speaker to order on was extremely difficult to hear. I ordered chicken dinner was not offered the 3 piece or 5 piece dinner. Ordered an extra sauce and was not given it to me. I had to knock on window to get. The person at the window was rude. My chicken was burnt and was not offered tots or fries. Advised I was allergic to onions and there was an onion ring in my order. Maybe try hiring more polite people. They say word spreads especially negative. I hope this restaurant improves in all aspects! Was not worth the money…

NO STARS! Drove 25 min to try something advertised and left with no one having taken our order after 30 min. Many other customers left also. Never saw one employee. Noticed there were cars at the drive through (which had a note on the sign that it’s broken). Those customers said they got tired of waiting and ordered online then went to the window for pickup.

I go here often. I get blasts and all is okay. But the one time I order my usual and off Uber eats no less Oreo blast with recess and one Oreo blast with cookie dough and both arrived. They both tastes like bananas, didn't have anything remote to the mix ins I asked for at all. This is so disrespectful and harmful as we both absolutely cannot eat bananas.

Worst service ever. I waited more than 15mins and never got my order. Wanted to not even give a star. Thumbs down
