Ipho By Saigon - Saint Paul

One of the best spots in the Twin Cities for Pho and Bahn Mi. The staff is friendly, and the food arrives at your table fairly quickly. It does get a bit crowded during lunchtime, so keep that in mind if you decide to visit. I would love it even more if they stayed open later and had additional locations.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant, I would give it an 11 out of 10! The food is incredibly delicious, and the portions are generous for the price. It’s a family-owned establishment with excellent service. Even though it was quite busy, we received our food at a surprisingly fast pace—almost like fast food speed! Our waitress was incredibly kind, and the food was just perfect, really satisfying. My only minor complaint is that the tofu could have been marinated, as it was a bit bland. However, the mock duck was exceptional—possibly the best I’ve ever had—so it definitely made up for it. They offer plenty of vegan options, and I can’t wait to return!

The food is consistently amazing. The server was polite as always. The cream cheese puffs with jalapeños are the best—absolutely delicious! I celebrated my birthday lunch with my daughters here, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Need I say more? Come get a bowl of noodle soup on this rainy dreary day. University Ave is graced with numerous Vietnamese Pho restaurants yet iPho is the go-to for the locals. Why? It’s cheap, it’s delicious and it’s fast. Oh did I mention, the wait staff is efficient, courteous and attentive.

What can I say about this place besides if you want some out of the world pho stop by here! The broth is rich and flavorful. My go to spot if I am in the cities. The prices are fair for what you get they have large portions if that’s what you are looking for. The spring rolls are also one of my favorite they are fresh and delicious! Highly recommended this place if you are in the area.
