Ipho By Saigon - Saint Paul

I am mystified at the high ratings! The bahn mi was ok (meat was a bit too sweet), but the shrimp pork egg roll vermicelli was really NOT GOOD! Not good at all. Fish sauce was way too sweet, the pork was mostly fat and had a weird red color, the shrimp was overcooked, dry, and didn't taste like it was grilled (it should), and the fried egg roll tasted old with weird starchy filling. The salad tasted a bit moldy. Also, the peanut sauce that came with the spring rolls was WAY TOO SWEET. YUCK!I shudder to think what their pho might even taste like.Not recommended.

Scrumptious pho, salads, and bahn mi sandwiches that are sure to hit. They have a great selection of beverages including bubble tea too. Service was friendly, the environment was casual, and I can definitely see myself coming back here on a chilly day when nothing else will do but a bowl of pho.

They have such flavorful pho! The cream cheese wontons are crispy with gooey cream cheese on the inside. The waitstaff were extremely friendly and even helped to pack up my left overs. The jumbo is no joke! Big enough to feed a family! Definitely go here if you want good pho!

2/4/2023 I went here with a friend. It was around lunch time when we went in and it was super busy. Almost all of the tables were full. They said it was a 10 minute wait but they actually seated us way before that. There were a lot of severs and we ordered. The food came out super fast. I wonder if they are already have it prepped and everything. But it was super fast when the food came out. The food is decent. The flavors are semi flavorful. I think it was tasting pretty good especially when I was hungry.

Been eating at this place since before they moved to this location. Pho is consistent and portions are great can't eat what I used to anymore and have to go a size down. Service can have you sitting sometimes but food comes out quick.Food: 5/5
