Bidra med feedbackBuyer beware. this place is shady as hell. their menu says 3.50 per taco. receipt says 4.00. I brought this to our waiter's attention. he had no sense of responsibility. he says he only works there. he couldn't do anything about the price. he could had mention it when we ordered. .50 isn't the issue. its the principle. I had the lengua tacos. it was bland. the size would be half the size at other restaurants. 4.00 for a baby taco. not worth it. he got a few dollars for the owners and missed out on 20 percent tip.
By far the worst Mexican place. The tacos were bite size and priced at 3.50 per taco, but on receipt they charge 4.00 per taco. Very sneaky tactics and when confronted. They still charge 4 dollars per taco. The menudo is so watered down. It tasted like water with paprika. Do not recommend.
Flavor of food was ok. Chicken inside burritos was grilled and delicious. But chips were burned and salsa was HOT to the point of almost being inedible (and we enjoy heat). A place with potential, but we were disappointed with our experience.Food: 3/5
My server Mike was super friendly, it was an unusually slow night so we chatted a bit. Service for me is huge and he made me feel welcome as if I had eaten here weekly since the place opened. As people came in he seemed to know a good number of them, which to me is a very good sign (repeat customers/ regulars). I had the chips and dip sampler, the chips are outstanding. I enjoyed all of the dips my favorite was the Pico, the queso was my second favorite, worth the salsa and guac in a very close 3rd place. I also had the taco platter.. it was three tacos on corn tortillas with rice and refried beans. The two sides both exceeded my expectations as they usually seem like afterthoughts thrown on to fill up the plate at many places. The rice was bussin to use my kids slang, maybe it slapped? Either way delicious. The tacos though, they brought me back to my last trip to Mexico, fresh bright and delicious. If you're on the fence about this place you should just try it out, I'm positive you won't regret it.Vegetarian options: I saw some vegetarian options on the menu.Parking: The lot is shared between many businesses with a liquor store on one end and a gas station on the other. This lot can get jankey at times.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair would be easiest here with a friend helping out, but technically it's accessible from what I can tell.
We were charged $10 more than what we should’ve paid! As we were paying they took the receipt back and said there was a mistake, but I didn’t notice until I went home looked at the charge. Be sure to check your receipt before you pay. The tacos were just ok, asada was kind of dry sauce wasn’t great or spicy. Wouldn’t come back tbh.
